If you look through my favorites you'll find a lot of pics I've faved of Harley Quinn. As I'm browsing through the site right now there's something that majorly irks me about a few of the designs/costumes: Harley Quinn is her own character. Her design has little to do with the Joker. So why do people try to draw her or dress her up as a female Joker? I understand the whole "she's in love and wants to be like him" ideal but that's not how her character has been in the comics and animated series. She's always had her own style and costumes.
